My father had me in the gym at 6 AM every morning between my Sophomore and Junior Years of high school. At the time I didn't comprehend it, but that began an interest of training and nutrition that has stuck with me every since. After my playing career ended, I found myself gaining weight and out of shape. With a multitude of knowledge and personal experience, I have put together some tips, tricks and strategies to assist you in accomplishing your strength and conditioning goals. What you will find is my personal take on how YOU can create your own training and nutritional plan to help you achieve your goals.
